Building software since 2010, specialising in systems integration. At Ellycode, where I have been Customer Engineer since 2024, I bridge the people who decide, the people who build and the people who use the software.

I work with partner software vendors embedding a business intelligence platform with AI features into their products, from the first analysis to go-live.

Experience

  1. Genoa, remote

    Development of Elly, a business intelligence platform with AI features, distributed through partner software vendors, from companies serving SMEs to large software producers.

    Reference for integrating the platform into partner vendors' products and their customers' systems.

    • Coordinating the work of the integration and data analysis teams; supporting the sales phase.
    • Managing partner projects from pre-sales to go-live: requirements analysis, shared roadmap, architectural and technology choices.
    • Designing and building, with the team, data integration with a wide range of external systems, in the cloud and on-premise, and the embedding of the platform in partners' products.

  2. Genoa, remote

    Responsible for product development during the private beta, through to production release.

    • Selecting the beta companies, onboarding them and integrating with their systems.
    • Collecting feedback and owning the roadmap: priorities, planning and coordination of development through to releases.
    • Single point of contact for all beta companies and link with management on product priorities.

  3. Genoa, remote

    Product research and development, alongside consulting for large companies.

    • Prototyping and experimenting with new technologies, including conversational AI and voice interfaces.
    • Consulting in structured teams across front end, back end and DevOps (Angular, ASP.NET).
    • Corporate training on web development (Angular, Git, .NET).

  4. Genoa

    Lead developer for SME business management (ERP) systems: vertical extensions and integrations with web, mobile, production plants and IoT (Industry 4.0).

  6. Savona

    Co-founder of a communications agency. Built and led the web development and research department: people, technologies, client projects, infrastructure; projects also won through public tenders.
